Veloré Community Guidelines

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

Veloré is a private, verified community designed for adults who value discretion, authenticity, safety, and meaningful connections. These Community Guidelines explain the standards every member must follow when using Veloré.

These Guidelines apply to profiles, photographs, videos, messages, interactions, and other activity conducted through Veloré. They supplement our Terms of Service and other applicable policies.

1. Adults Only

Veloré is exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Minors may not create accounts, appear as participants in adult-oriented interactions, or use Veloré's member features. Any suspected minor-safety issue may result in immediate restriction or removal while the matter is reviewed.

2. Be Authentic

Veloré is built around verified identities. Members must provide truthful information during registration and verification and may not impersonate another person or misrepresent their identity for deceptive purposes.

You may not:

  • create an account using another person's identity without authorization;
  • submit falsified or manipulated identity documents;
  • attempt to circumvent identity or age verification;
  • operate accounts designed to impersonate or deceive other members; or
  • misrepresent material information for fraudulent purposes.

3. Respect Privacy and Discretion

Privacy is a core principle of Veloré. Members must respect information shared privately by others.

You may not publish, distribute, sell, threaten to disclose, or otherwise misuse another person's private information or private content without authorization.

This includes private photographs, videos, conversations, contact information, addresses, identification information, financial information, or other sensitive personal information.

Attempting to circumvent privacy or security features may result in account restrictions or termination.

4. Respect Other Members

Members must communicate and interact respectfully. Harassment, intimidation, threats, stalking, bullying, coercion, or targeted abuse are prohibited.

Repeated unwanted contact after another member has clearly indicated that communication should stop may be treated as harassment.

Disagreement or rejection never justifies threats, humiliation, retaliation, or disclosure of private information.

5. Consent Is Required

Interactions between adults must be voluntary and consensual.

Veloré prohibits content or conduct involving sexual violence, exploitation, coercion, blackmail, extortion, non-consensual intimate content, or threats to distribute intimate material.

A person's prior communication, relationship, purchase, or interaction does not constitute ongoing consent.

6. No Sexual Exploitation or Trafficking

Veloré may not be used to facilitate human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced activity, coercive arrangements, or any activity involving minors.

Content or conduct reasonably indicating exploitation or trafficking may result in immediate account action and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

7. Prohibited Explicit Content

Veloré may establish content standards for profiles, public-facing areas, messages, and other features. Pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content may be removed or restricted according to the applicable feature and our content policies.

Members must comply with any content restrictions displayed when uploading or sharing media.

8. No Illegal Activity

Veloré may not be used to plan, promote, facilitate, solicit, or conduct illegal activity.

Prohibited activity includes, without limitation, fraud, identity theft, trafficking, exploitation, distribution of illegal drugs, illegal weapons transactions, financial scams, extortion, and other unlawful conduct.

9. No Scams, Fraud, or Deceptive Solicitation

Members may not use Veloré to defraud or deceive others.

Prohibited behavior includes:

  • phishing or requesting credentials;
  • fraudulent investment or cryptocurrency schemes;
  • fake emergencies designed to obtain money;
  • payment or gift-card scams;
  • identity theft;
  • malicious links or malware;
  • misrepresentation intended to obtain money, property, credentials, or sensitive information; and
  • organized spam or fraudulent solicitation.

10. No Hate or Targeted Dehumanization

Veloré does not permit content or conduct that promotes hatred, violence, or dehumanization against people based on protected characteristics under applicable law.

Threats or encouragement of violence against individuals or groups are prohibited.

11. No Threats or Violence

Credible threats of violence, encouragement of serious physical harm, glorification of targeted violence, or attempts to coordinate violent activity are prohibited.

Where we reasonably believe there is an imminent risk of serious harm, Veloré may take appropriate protective action consistent with applicable law.

12. No Doxxing

Do not disclose or threaten to disclose another person's sensitive personal information without authorization.

This may include home addresses, private phone numbers, identification documents, financial information, precise private locations, login credentials, or other information that could reasonably expose someone to fraud, harassment, or physical harm.

13. No Spam or Platform Manipulation

Members may not use automation, bots, scraping, mass unsolicited messaging, fake engagement, account farms, or other methods intended to manipulate Veloré or disrupt the member experience.

Unauthorized scraping, harvesting, copying, or systematic collection of member information or content is prohibited.

14. Account Integrity

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to your Veloré account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify Veloré promptly.

15. Reporting

Members are encouraged to report suspected violations using available reporting tools or by contacting Veloré.

Reports should be made in good faith. Deliberately submitting false or abusive reports to harass another member may itself violate these Guidelines.

16. Moderation and Enforcement

Veloré may use automated systems and human review to detect, investigate, and respond to suspected violations.

Depending on the nature, severity, frequency, and context of a violation, Veloré may take actions including:

  • issuing a warning;
  • removing or restricting content;
  • limiting access to particular features;
  • requiring additional verification;
  • temporarily suspending an account;
  • permanently terminating an account; or
  • taking other reasonable trust and safety measures.

Serious violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning where permitted by applicable law and our Terms of Service.

17. Cooperation With Lawful Requests

Veloré may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, or lawful requests, or when permitted by law to address fraud, exploitation, threats, or serious safety concerns.

18. Enforcement Does Not Guarantee Prevention

Verification, moderation, reporting tools, and security measures reduce certain risks but cannot eliminate all risks associated with interacting with other people.

Members remain responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when communicating, meeting, sharing information, or conducting transactions with others.

19. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines as Veloré evolves, new features are introduced, or safety, legal, or operational requirements change.

The version published through Veloré's official Legal Center is the current version.
