Veloré Creator Agreement
Effective Date: August 23, 2026
This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in Veloré as a creator, host, or other member authorized to offer creator features through the Veloré platform.
By applying for, activating, or using creator features, you agree to this Agreement in addition to the Veloré Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Policy, and any other policies applicable to your use of Veloré.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
Veloré may require identity, age, selfie, video, or other verification before approving or maintaining creator access.
You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person, submit falsified verification materials, or operate a creator account on behalf of an unauthorized person.
2. Creator Status
Creators participate on Veloré as independent users of the platform. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship between you and Veloré.
You are not authorized to make commitments, representations, warranties, or agreements on behalf of Veloré.
3. Creator Profile and Content
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information and content associated with your creator profile.
You must have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents necessary to upload, publish, sell, distribute, or otherwise make content available through Veloré.
You may not upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of another person.
4. Authenticity
Creator profiles must accurately represent the person operating the account.
Misleading identity information, impersonation, deceptive profile information, manipulated verification materials, or material misrepresentation may result in restriction or termination.
5. Creator Content License
You retain ownership of content you own.
By uploading or making content available through Veloré, you grant Veloré a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, format, and technically modify that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, promote, and improve the Veloré service.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Veloré.
Where content is removed from the service, copies may remain temporarily in backups, security systems, fraud-prevention systems, legal records, or other systems where retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Creators must comply with Veloré's Community Guidelines and Safety Policy.
Creators may not use Veloré to publish, solicit, facilitate, promote, or distribute content or conduct involving:
- minors or persons represented as minors in sexual or exploitative contexts;
- human trafficking or sexual exploitation;
- non-consensual intimate material;
- coercion, blackmail, extortion, or threats;
- illegal goods, services, or transactions;
- fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive financial schemes;
- stolen or unauthorized content;
- credible threats or encouragement of serious violence;
- impersonation or fraudulent identity information; or
- other activity prohibited by applicable law or Veloré policies.
7. Adult Content and Feature-Specific Restrictions
Any content made available through creator features must comply with the rules applicable to that specific feature and with applicable law.
The availability of a creator feature does not mean that every category of content is permitted within that feature.
Veloré may impose additional restrictions on images, videos, messages, profile content, public-facing content, paid content, or other creator materials.
8. Consent and Third Parties
You may not upload intimate, private, or identifying content involving another person without all permissions and consents legally required to do so.
Where another identifiable adult appears in creator content, you are responsible for ensuring that the person is an adult and that you possess any consent, authorization, release, or documentation required by applicable law and Veloré policies.
Veloré may request evidence of age, identity, rights, or consent when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, or legal purposes.
9. Creator Earnings
Certain creator features may allow eligible creators to receive earnings from purchases, subscriptions, digital content, interactions, or other monetized features offered through Veloré.
Available monetization methods, pricing options, fees, payout terms, eligibility requirements, minimum thresholds, processing periods, and other financial conditions may be displayed within the applicable creator or monetization interface.
You are responsible for reviewing those terms before using a monetized feature.
10. Platform Fees
Veloré may charge platform, transaction, processing, service, or other disclosed fees associated with creator monetization.
Applicable fees will be disclosed through the platform, creator dashboard, transaction flow, or other applicable interface.
Veloré may modify fees prospectively, subject to applicable law and any required notice.
11. Payment Processing
Payments and payouts may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Creators may be required to complete identity verification, tax information, payment-account verification, or other compliance requirements imposed by Veloré or its payment providers before receiving payouts.
Payment providers may impose separate terms, restrictions, verification requirements, processing periods, or account limitations.
12. Payout Holds and Adjustments
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veloré may delay, hold, adjust, offset, or withhold creator payouts when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, chargebacks, payment disputes, policy violations, account compromise, legal requirements, or other material financial or safety risks.
Veloré may also correct payment errors or duplicate payments.
13. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals
Transactions may be subject to refunds, payment reversals, disputes, or chargebacks under Veloré policies, payment-provider rules, platform-store requirements, or applicable law.
Where legally permitted, amounts associated with a refund, reversal, fraudulent transaction, or chargeback may be deducted from current or future creator earnings.
14. Taxes
Creators are responsible for determining and satisfying their own tax obligations arising from creator earnings, except for taxes that Veloré is legally required to collect, report, or remit.
Veloré or its payment providers may request tax documentation and may report payments to tax authorities where required by law.
15. No Guaranteed Earnings
Veloré does not guarantee any level of traffic, purchases, subscriptions, engagement, revenue, earnings, or financial success.
Past earnings or performance do not guarantee future results.
16. Member Relationships
Creators are responsible for their communications and interactions with other members.
Creator status does not authorize harassment, coercion, deceptive conduct, financial manipulation, exploitation, or violations of another member's boundaries or consent.
17. Off-Platform Activity
Veloré is not responsible for independent arrangements entered into outside the platform except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Creators should exercise reasonable judgment before sharing personal contact information, financial information, addresses, travel details, or other sensitive information.
Attempts to use Veloré to facilitate illegal activity remain prohibited regardless of whether the activity ultimately occurs on or outside the platform.
18. Confidentiality and Member Privacy
Creators must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other Veloré members.
You may not improperly publish, sell, distribute, expose, or exploit another member's private communications, photographs, videos, identity information, financial information, contact details, or other confidential information.
19. Security
You are responsible for protecting your creator account credentials and devices.
You must promptly notify Veloré if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
20. Moderation and Investigations
Veloré may use automated systems, human review, or both to detect and investigate suspected policy violations, fraud, exploitation, account compromise, illegal activity, or safety concerns.
Creators must not intentionally interfere with, evade, or manipulate Veloré's moderation, verification, fraud-prevention, or security systems.
21. Suspension or Termination
Veloré may restrict creator functionality, suspend monetization, hold eligible payouts where legally permitted, remove content, require additional verification, suspend an account, or terminate creator access when reasonably necessary to enforce this Agreement, protect members, comply with law, address payment risk, or protect the platform.
Serious violations may result in immediate action without prior warning where permitted by applicable law.
22. Account Closure
Creators may stop using creator features or close their accounts subject to outstanding transactions, payment obligations, investigations, retention requirements, and other obligations that survive account closure.
Closing an account does not automatically eliminate obligations arising before closure.
23. Intellectual Property
Veloré's trademarks, logos, software, interface, proprietary technology, design elements, and other platform intellectual property remain the property of Veloré or its licensors.
This Agreement does not grant creators ownership of Veloré intellectual property.
24. Changes to Creator Features
Veloré may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue creator features, monetization tools, eligibility requirements, or platform functionality.
Material changes affecting creator rights or financial terms will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any required notice obligations.
25. Relationship to Other Veloré Policies
This Agreement supplements the Veloré Terms of Service.
If this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service regarding a matter specifically applicable to creator participation, this Agreement controls for that creator-specific matter unless applicable law requires otherwise.
26. Changes to This Agreement
Veloré may update this Agreement as creator features, payment systems, legal requirements, or platform operations evolve.
