Veloré Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 23, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules that apply to subscriptions, digital purchases, account credits or tokens, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes involving Veloré (“Veloré,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing a subscription, digital product, token package, or other paid feature through Veloré, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms of Service and any purchase terms displayed to you before checkout.
1. Subscriptions
Veloré may offer recurring paid subscriptions that provide access to premium features, benefits, or services.
Subscription pricing, billing frequency, included benefits, and any applicable promotional or trial terms will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable recurring price until canceled.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the account-management method made available for the platform through which the subscription was purchased.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily result in a refund for the current billing period.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, you may continue using the applicable subscription benefits until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Deleting your Veloré account does not necessarily cancel a subscription processed by a third-party platform. You are responsible for canceling the subscription through the appropriate billing provider when required.
3. Web Purchases
Purchases made directly through veloreapp.com may be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe.
Requests concerning an eligible web purchase may be submitted to Veloré using the contact information provided below. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
We may review the circumstances of the transaction, service delivery, account activity, potential fraud or abuse, prior refunds, payment disputes, and applicable legal requirements when evaluating a request.
4. App Store and Third-Party Platform Purchases
If a subscription or purchase is processed by Apple, Google, or another third-party marketplace or billing platform, refunds may be controlled and issued by that platform under its own policies.
Veloré may not have the ability to directly issue a refund for a transaction processed and controlled by a third-party platform. In those circumstances, you may be required to request the refund directly from the applicable platform.
5. Digital Products, Tokens, Credits, and Consumable Features
Veloré may offer digital products, virtual tokens, credits, boosts, premium interactions, or other consumable digital features.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, purchases of digital tokens, credits, or other consumable digital products are generally final once the digital item has been delivered, credited to the account, used, transferred, redeemed, or consumed.
Unused digital products may still be non-refundable where permitted by law and where the purchase terms disclosed before checkout identify the transaction as final or non-refundable.
Digital tokens, credits, or similar account features have no cash value outside Veloré, are not bank deposits, and may not be redeemed for cash except where expressly required by applicable law.
6. Promotional Offers and Free Trials
From time to time, Veloré may offer promotional pricing, discounts, introductory periods, or free trials.
The specific duration, eligibility requirements, renewal price, and cancellation terms of an offer will be disclosed when the offer is presented.
If a trial or promotional subscription automatically converts into a paid subscription, the applicable price and renewal terms will be disclosed before enrollment. To avoid a renewal charge, you must cancel before the applicable renewal or trial deadline.
7. Refund Eligibility
Except where required by law, Veloré does not guarantee refunds for completed purchases or partially used subscription periods.
However, we may consider refund requests in circumstances such as:
- an accidental duplicate charge;
- a verified billing or technical error;
- an unauthorized transaction, subject to appropriate investigation and account-security procedures;
- a purchased service that Veloré was unable to provide due to a material technical failure attributable to Veloré; or
- another circumstance in which a refund is required by applicable law.
Veloré may approve or deny discretionary refund requests based on the circumstances of the transaction and applicable law.
8. Partial Billing Periods
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, Veloré does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused account time, failure to use available features, or voluntary account inactivity.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
Veloré may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Safety Policy, or other applicable policies.
Except where required by law, suspension or termination resulting from a user's violation of Veloré's policies does not automatically create a right to a refund for previously purchased subscriptions, tokens, credits, or digital products.
10. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a Veloré transaction was made without your authorization, contact us promptly and secure your account credentials.
We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate the transaction, confirm account ownership, prevent additional unauthorized activity, and determine the appropriate resolution.
Transactions processed through Apple, Google, a financial institution, or another third-party payment provider may also be subject to that provider's unauthorized-transaction procedures.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a billing error occurred, we encourage you to contact Veloré before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Veloré reserves the right to provide transaction records, account information relevant to the transaction, purchase confirmations, service-delivery records, and other appropriate evidence to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in restrictions on future purchases or account access, subject to applicable law.
12. Processing Approved Refunds
When Veloré approves and directly processes a refund, the refund will generally be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.
After a refund is submitted, the time required for the funds to appear may depend on the payment processor, financial institution, card network, or other payment provider. Veloré does not control third-party processing times.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as our products, billing methods, platform distribution, or legal requirements change.
The version published through Veloré's official Legal Center is the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively where required by applicable law.
