Veloré Safety Policy

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

Veloré is designed as a private, verified community for adults. This Safety Policy explains the measures Veloré uses to promote trust, reduce abuse, protect members, and respond to safety concerns.

This Policy applies together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other applicable policies.

1. Adults Only

Veloré is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Individuals under 18 may not create or maintain Veloré accounts. Suspected underage use may result in immediate restriction, verification review, or account removal.

2. Identity and Age Verification

Veloré may require identity and age verification before allowing access to certain features or maintaining an account.

Verification may include government-issued identification, selfies, photographs, short videos, or other verification information reasonably necessary to confirm identity, age, or account authenticity.

Members must not submit falsified documents, impersonate another person, manipulate verification materials, or attempt to bypass verification controls.

3. Account Integrity

Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and credentials.

You should not share passwords, authentication information, or account access with unauthorized persons.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Veloré promptly and change your credentials where possible.

4. Privacy and Discretion

Veloré is built around privacy and discretion. Members must respect private information and private communications shared through the service.

Unauthorized disclosure, distribution, sale, publication, or misuse of another person's private photographs, videos, messages, personal information, identification information, contact details, or other sensitive information is prohibited.

5. Consent

Interactions between adults must be voluntary and consensual.

Veloré prohibits coercion, threats, blackmail, extortion, sexual violence, exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, and threats to distribute intimate content.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Prior communication, prior meetings, prior purchases, or an existing relationship do not create permanent or automatic consent.

6. Meeting Other Members

Veloré cannot control what occurs outside the platform. Members should exercise reasonable judgment when deciding whether to meet another person in real life.

Recommended precautions may include:

  • meeting in a public location when meeting someone for the first time;
  • telling a trusted person where you are going;
  • maintaining independent transportation;
  • protecting personal financial information;
  • avoiding pressure to move conversations or transactions outside Veloré before you are comfortable;
  • ending an interaction if you feel unsafe or pressured.

7. Financial Safety and Scam Prevention

Members should use caution when another person requests money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, banking information, login credentials, verification codes, or other sensitive financial information.

Veloré prohibits fraud, phishing, fake emergencies, investment scams, payment scams, identity theft, credential theft, and deceptive schemes intended to obtain money, property, or sensitive information.

8. Prohibited Exploitation and Trafficking

Veloré does not permit human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced activity, coercion, exploitation of vulnerable persons, or any conduct involving the sexual exploitation of minors.

Where reasonably appropriate or legally required, suspected exploitation or trafficking may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Harassment, Threats, and Violence

Harassment, stalking, intimidation, credible threats of violence, targeted abuse, and conduct intended to cause serious physical harm are prohibited.

Repeated unwanted contact after another member has clearly requested that communication stop may be treated as harassment.

Where Veloré reasonably believes there is an imminent risk of serious harm, we may take protective action consistent with applicable law.

10. Illegal Activity

Veloré may not be used to organize, facilitate, solicit, promote, or conduct unlawful activity.

This includes, without limitation, fraud, trafficking, exploitation, illegal drug distribution, illegal weapons transactions, extortion, identity theft, and other unlawful conduct.

11. Content Safety

Veloré may restrict or remove content that violates our policies, including prohibited sexual content, exploitative material, threats, harassment, fraud, illegal activity, impersonation, or content presenting significant safety risks.

Different areas of Veloré may have different content restrictions. Members are responsible for complying with the standards displayed for each feature.

12. Automated and Human Safety Review

Veloré may use automated tools, manual review, or both to identify potential violations involving fraud, spam, harassment, exploitation, illegal activity, impersonation, minor-safety risks, or other prohibited conduct.

Automated systems may produce false positives or false negatives. Where appropriate, safety decisions may involve additional review or investigation.

13. Reporting Safety Concerns

Members should use available reporting tools to report suspected violations, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, impersonation, threats, exploitation, or other safety concerns.

Reports should be made in good faith and include enough information to allow meaningful review where reasonably possible.

14. Emergency Situations

Veloré is not an emergency service.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services or law-enforcement authority in your location.

Do not rely on Veloré's support or reporting tools as a substitute for emergency assistance.

15. Enforcement

Depending on the circumstances, Veloré may take actions including:

  • issuing warnings;
  • removing content;
  • limiting features;
  • requiring additional verification;
  • temporarily suspending accounts;
  • permanently terminating accounts;
  • preserving relevant records; or
  • taking other reasonable protective measures.

Serious safety violations may result in immediate action without prior warning where permitted by applicable law.

16. Cooperation With Lawful Authorities

Veloré may preserve or disclose information when required by applicable law, valid legal process, or lawful government request, or when otherwise legally permitted to address serious fraud, exploitation, threats, or safety risks.

17. Limitations of Verification and Safety Controls

Identity verification, moderation, reporting systems, security measures, and safety controls can reduce risk but cannot eliminate all risk.

Verification does not guarantee a person's character, intentions, truthfulness, financial reliability, conduct, or future behavior.

Members remain responsible for using reasonable judgment when communicating, sharing information, meeting others, or entering into personal or financial arrangements.

18. Changes to This Policy

Veloré may update this Safety Policy as features, technologies, legal requirements, or safety practices evolve.

The version published through Veloré's official Legal Center is the current version.
