Veloré Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Veloré, including veloreapp.com, Veloré applications, accounts, profiles, messaging, verification, subscriptions, digital products, and other services that Veloré makes available (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and, where applicable, Creator Agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old to create or maintain a Veloré account or use member features.

By using Veloré, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

Veloré may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe the account belongs to or is being used by an individual under 18.

2. Nature of Veloré

Veloré is a private membership community designed to enable verified adults to discover, communicate, and connect with other members and to access digital features and experiences offered through the platform.

Veloré is not an employer, dating agency, escort agency, financial institution, law-enforcement agency, emergency service, or guarantor of member conduct.

Veloré does not guarantee that any member will form a relationship, meet another member, receive responses, generate earnings, obtain a particular experience, or achieve any particular result through the Services.

3. Account Types

Veloré may offer different account types, including member accounts and creator or profile accounts.

Different account types may have different eligibility requirements, features, verification procedures, subscriptions, digital benefits, or monetization functionality.

Creator or profile accounts may also be subject to the Veloré Creator Agreement.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining your account.

You may not:

  • impersonate another person;
  • create an account using another person's identity without authorization;
  • submit fraudulent or materially misleading registration information;
  • use falsified identity or verification documents;
  • sell, rent, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to your account; or
  • create accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

5. Identity and Age Verification

Veloré may require identity and age verification before granting or maintaining access to certain features.

Verification may include government-issued identification, selfies, photographs, videos, or other information reasonably necessary to establish identity, age, authenticity, or account integrity.

You agree not to interfere with, manipulate, falsify, or circumvent verification systems.

Verification reduces certain risks but does not constitute an endorsement, background check, guarantee of character, guarantee of financial status, or guarantee of future conduct.

6. Member Conduct

You must comply with the Veloré Community Guidelines and Safety Policy.

You may not use Veloré to engage in, promote, facilitate, solicit, or coordinate:

  • fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, or deceptive financial schemes;
  • human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or forced activity;
  • activity involving the sexual exploitation of minors;
  • harassment, stalking, intimidation, blackmail, or extortion;
  • credible threats or targeted violence;
  • illegal drug distribution or illegal weapons transactions;
  • non-consensual intimate content;
  • doxxing or unauthorized disclosure of private information;
  • impersonation or fraudulent verification;
  • malware, credential theft, malicious links, spam, or unauthorized automation;
  • illegal activity; or
  • other conduct prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.

7. Consent and Personal Interactions

All interactions between adults must be voluntary and consensual.

Prior communications, relationships, meetings, purchases, gifts, payments, or other interactions do not create permanent or continuing consent.

Veloré does not control private decisions made between members and cannot guarantee the conduct, intentions, truthfulness, compatibility, safety, financial status, or behavior of another member.

You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when deciding whether to communicate with, meet, travel with, share information with, or otherwise interact with another person.

8. Real-World Meetings

Any decision to meet another member outside Veloré is made independently by the participants.

Veloré does not supervise meetings and is not responsible for independent arrangements between members except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Members should take reasonable safety precautions, particularly when meeting someone for the first time.

9. User Content

“User Content” includes photographs, videos, text, biographies, messages, profile information, and other materials that you upload, submit, transmit, or otherwise make available through Veloré.

You retain ownership of User Content that you own.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, licenses, and consents necessary to provide your User Content through Veloré.

You may not upload content that violates another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.

10. License to Operate the Service

By providing User Content through Veloré, you grant Veloré a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, format, and technically modify that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, maintain, promote, and improve the Services.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Veloré.

Content that is deleted may remain temporarily in backups, security systems, audit records, fraud-prevention systems, moderation records, or other records where retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.

11. Privacy of Other Members

You must respect information shared privately through Veloré.

You may not, without authorization, publish, distribute, sell, expose, exploit, or threaten to disclose another person's private communications, photographs, videos, identification information, contact information, financial information, precise private location, or other sensitive personal information.

12. Intellectual Property of Veloré

Veloré's software, trademarks, logos, designs, interfaces, visual identity, text, proprietary technology, systems, and other intellectual property are owned by Veloré or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no ownership or license rights are granted to you.

13. Prohibited Technical Activity

You may not:

  • scrape or systematically harvest member information or content without authorization;
  • use bots or unauthorized automation to access or manipulate the Services;
  • attempt to bypass security, privacy, access-control, moderation, or verification systems;
  • reverse engineer the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • introduce malware or malicious code;
  • interfere with the availability or integrity of the Services; or
  • use Veloré data to create unauthorized databases, competing datasets, or profiles of members.

14. Subscriptions

Veloré may offer recurring subscription plans, including different premium tiers or add-on services.

The price, billing interval, included features, and any trial or promotional terms applicable to a subscription will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, recurring subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the applicable subscription price and any disclosed taxes or fees at each renewal until cancellation.

15. Automatic Renewal

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the billing frequency disclosed at checkout unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.

Renewal pricing may change prospectively. Where required by applicable law, Veloré will provide notice before a material pricing change becomes effective.

16. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the account-management method made available for the platform or billing provider through which the subscription was purchased.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily refund the current billing period.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated at purchase, subscription benefits may remain available through the end of the already-paid billing period.

17. Trials and Promotional Offers

Veloré may offer free trials, introductory pricing, discounts, promotional periods, or other offers from time to time.

Eligibility, duration, renewal price, and other conditions will be disclosed when the offer is presented.

If a trial converts automatically into a paid recurring subscription, the price and renewal terms will be disclosed before enrollment. You must cancel before the applicable deadline to avoid the next charge.

Veloré may limit promotional eligibility and may take reasonable measures to prevent abuse of promotional programs.

18. Web Payments

Payments made through veloreapp.com may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

Veloré does not generally store complete payment-card numbers. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms, security requirements, and privacy policies.

19. Apple, Google, and Other Platforms

Where purchases or subscriptions are offered through an application marketplace or another third-party platform, payment, cancellation, refund, and subscription-management procedures may also be governed by that platform's terms.

Where a third party controls the transaction, Veloré may not be able to directly modify or refund that transaction.

20. Tokens and Digital Products

Veloré may offer virtual tokens, credits, boosts, digital features, premium interactions, or other digital products.

Tokens and similar digital items:

  • are licensed digital features for use within Veloré;
  • do not represent bank deposits;
  • do not create an ownership interest in Veloré;
  • have no cash value outside the Services;
  • may not be exchanged for cash except where expressly required by applicable law; and
  • may be subject to additional feature-specific conditions displayed at purchase.

21. Digital Purchase Delivery

Digital purchases may be credited or activated after Veloré receives confirmation from the applicable payment provider.

Processing delays may occur due to payment-provider systems, fraud review, technical issues, network conditions, or other circumstances.

22. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Veloré Refund & Cancellation Policy, applicable purchase disclosures, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, digital products that have been delivered, credited, redeemed, used, or consumed are generally final.

23. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a billing error occurred, we encourage you to contact Veloré promptly so the transaction can be investigated.

Veloré may provide relevant transaction, account, purchase, and service-delivery records to payment processors, card networks, or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in restrictions on purchasing or account access where permitted by law.

24. Creator Features

Certain eligible accounts may receive access to creator features or monetization functionality.

Creator participation may be subject to the Veloré Creator Agreement, including additional requirements concerning content rights, payment processing, monetization, compliance, account verification, and creator conduct.

25. No Guaranteed Creator Earnings

Veloré does not guarantee creator traffic, purchases, subscriptions, revenue, engagement, visibility, or earnings.

Past results do not guarantee future performance.

26. Moderation

Veloré may use automated systems, human review, or both to identify and investigate potential violations of our policies.

Moderation systems are imperfect and may occasionally produce inaccurate results.

Veloré may investigate member reports, suspicious activity, fraud signals, content, account behavior, or other information reasonably relevant to enforcement, safety, or security.

27. Enforcement

Depending on the circumstances, Veloré may:

  • issue warnings;
  • remove or restrict content;
  • limit features;
  • require additional verification;
  • restrict purchasing or monetization;
  • temporarily suspend an account;
  • permanently terminate an account; or
  • take other reasonable measures to protect the Services or members.

Serious violations may result in immediate action without prior warning where permitted by applicable law.

28. Account Termination by You

You may stop using Veloré and may request account deletion through available account controls or by contacting Veloré.

Account deletion does not necessarily cancel subscriptions managed through a third-party billing provider. You remain responsible for canceling such subscriptions through the applicable provider when required.

Certain information may be retained after deletion for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, transaction recordkeeping, dispute resolution, enforcement, or other legitimate purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

29. Service Availability

Veloré may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue some or all of the Services or individual features.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation.

Maintenance, infrastructure incidents, third-party failures, security events, legal requirements, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

30. Third-Party Services

Veloré may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, identity-verification providers, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, application marketplaces, or other services.

Third parties operate under their own terms and policies. Veloré is not responsible for independent third-party conduct except to the extent required by applicable law.

31. No Background-Check Guarantee

Unless Veloré expressly states otherwise for a specific feature, identity verification should not be interpreted as a comprehensive criminal, financial, professional, or personal background check.

You should not rely solely on verification when deciding whether to trust or interact with another person.

32. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Veloré disclaims warranties that may legally be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

33. Assumption of Risk in Member Interactions

Interacting with people online and in person involves inherent risks.

Verification, moderation, reporting systems, and safety measures reduce certain risks but cannot eliminate them.

You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and precautions in your interactions with other members.

34. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veloré and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Any additional limitations applicable to a particular transaction or jurisdiction will be subject to applicable law.

35. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veloré and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, your material violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or User Content you provide through the Services.

36. Legal Compliance

You must use Veloré in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Veloré may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, lawful government requests, or legally permitted safety and fraud-prevention purposes.

37. Changes to These Terms

Veloré may update these Terms as the Services, legal requirements, technology, payment systems, or business operations evolve.

When required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

The version published through Veloré's official Legal Center is the current version of these Terms.

38. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

39. No Waiver

Failure by Veloré to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.

40. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Veloré concerning your use of the Services, except where separate written terms expressly apply.
